What Makes Aliestetic Center the Better Choice?
Aliestetic center procedure is a vast improvement on early hair transplant techniques. There is no cutting, no sutures, and no chance of linear scarring. Since the NeoGraft device can be calibrated to each patient’s specific scalp type, the procedure is much less painful and only requires a local anesthetic. Patients may even opt not to take a sedative. Many remain happy and alert, choosing to chat or watch a movie during the procedure. The lack of invasive surgery also means that more hair follicles survive the process, guaranteeing you the best hair coverage results possible. We want to make sure our patients are fully satisfied with their results and their experience. If you have questions about the procedure, contact us today.

How NeoGraft Works
Follicular unit extraction (FUE) is the cosmetic practice of moving healthy hair follicles from areas of the scalp with more hair growth to areas that need more coverage. After the procedure, your scalp recognizes the transplanted follicles as familiar cells and encourages your hair to grow as it would naturally—now in the areas where you need it most. In as little as four months, our patients can flaunt a fuller head of their own hair. Our state-of-the-art follicle transplant machine makes this possible. Unlike other hair transplant techniques—which require the use of a scalpel and can leave long linear scars, even with the most experienced of surgeons—NeoGraft advanced hair transplant technology uses gentle pneumatic pressure to extract single hair follicles, one by one, from the donor's scalp. That means there are no sutures and the risk of damaging each follicle (making it unusable) is less than 5%. After all, you’re not coming to us to lose more hair!
What to Expect at Your NeoGraft Procedure
Our compassionate, professional technicians can complete your hair transplant procedure in half the time it takes to do a traditional strip method treatment. They will also make sure that your experience is enjoyable and involves minimal discomfort. During the procedure, only a small amount of local anesthetic is applied. Patients may choose whether they’d like to remain awake or take an optional sedative to fall asleep. Many patients enjoy watching TV, eating a snack or chatting with our technicians during their treatment. Since the process takes a few hours, our patients are in and out of our office on the same day. Best of all, from the moment your scalp finishes healing, the newly transplanted hair follicles are settling into their new locations and getting back to work growing healthy, permanent hair.
The Results of a NeoGraft Hair Transplant
In four to six months, you will be able to see your new hair growing from the transplanted follicles. From this point, you may begin growing, cutting and styling it as you would normally. With no linear scarring to worry about, you can feel free to cut your hair as short as you wish. A year after visiting the Aliestetic center team for a hair transplant, patients have fully visible, natural looking hair and a boost in confidence. We’re excited and proud to see the effect our NeoGraft procedure has on each and every one of our patients. If you’d like to see the results for yourself. If you have questions or are ready to make a permanent hair restoration improvement, contact us today.

How is dermaplaning done?Dermaplaning is a painless procedure and can be compared to the sensation of shaving your legs, but in this case, it’s on your face. First, the aesthetician will cleanse and thoroughly dry your skin. Next, she’ll pull an area of your skin taut with one hand, and hold a sterile 10 gauge blade at a 45 degree angle in the other hand and use short, swift strokes to scrape off dead skin cells and peach fuzz.
-
How long does it take?About 30 minutes
-
What are the side effects of dermaplaning? There are no side effects and zero downtime. After the treatment, your skin will be highly sensitive to sun exposure and may already look very pink, so be sure to wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher to reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation.
-
What are the benefits of dermaplaning? You’ll immediately look more radiant with a more even skin tone and texture. All of your peach fuzz will be gone, which is why first-timers say their skin has never felt so soft before.
-
Recommended course for optimal results?Dermaplaning removes 21 days worth of dead skin cells, so it’s best to allow the skin to complete its rejuvenation cycle before your next treatment.
-
Who should administer this treatment?Dermaplaning should be administered by a board certified dermatologist or licensed aesthetician who specializes in this procedure. “An aesthetician has to be licensed in the state she is practicing in. There are several different schools you can attend, but ultimately you have to pass a state administered written and practical exam to get your license,” explains Wright. It’s always a good idea to ask how long they’ve been administering dermaplaning to know their level of experience—there’s a very sharp blade involved! We’re stating the obvious, but don’t make any sudden movements while the aesthetician is scraping your face. If you have resilient skin, try coupling microdermabrasion and dermaplaning in the same session for incredible results. Many women are often concerned that shaving peach fuzz will make it grow back heavier and darker, but that’s just an old wives’ tale. Superficial vellus hair (that’s the science-y name for clear or white soft fine facial hair) will grow back at the same rate and with the same texture as it was before the treatment.
